MuscleCamShow.com Terms of Service and User Agreement

 

This agreement containts the complete terms and conditions ("TOS" or "terms") which apply to your participation as either a member or visitor, respectively to the interweb site address http://www.MuscleCamShow.com, operated exclusively by Frank The Tank Productions, LLC, henceforth, "we", "us", “our” or "COMPANY"). As used in this agreement, "you" or "your" means the member/visitor to MuscleCamShow.com.

 

GENERAL

A. By accessing and using this site, you agree to be bound to the terms and conditions of services as stated herein. You further affirm that you completely understand and accept these terms and conditions.

B. The terms and conditions contained herein supersede any previous agreement made between us and you. However, these terms are not exhaustive, and may be complemented by further terms and conditions which apply to specific areas of the site.

C. MuscleCamShow.com Terms and Conditions may change from time to time. You are encouraged to review these terms frequently and regularly. If you do not wish to remain a member due to a change in terms, you are free to cancel your membership as described in the cancellation section below.

 

YOUR ACCOUNT

A. By accessing this site, you effectively certify that you are at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your particular community. You also agree to keep your account information current, and failing to do so will subject your account to cancellation.

B. When you become an active member, you choose a screen name and password. Your screen name will be your unique identifier when participating in video chat on this site, and must not be a name which others may find offensive or inflammatory.

C. Your account information is sensitive, and must be protected by you. You agree not to share your account information with anyone else, and accept full responsibility for the security of your account. If any charges are made on your account, you agree to pay them in full, and not dispute them with your credit card agency or bank. DO NOT share your password with anyone. You must promptly contact us with any suspicion of account theft, or a possible security breach.

D. If your account is terminated for any reason, you are unauthorized to make another account without prior written consent from us.

 

BILLING AND PAYMENTS

A. MuscleCamShow.com offers visitors access to Video Chat Hostess's profiles. However, access to live video chat and related areas is only granted to those who become active, paying members of MuscleCamShow.com.

B. It is hereby clarified that we have the right to change, add, or remove various billing methods to the MuscleCamShow.com site at any time, without prior notice.

C. You are responsible for all charges incurred on your credit card, through access to your account. It is your responsibility to keep your account password private.

 

ACCOUNT CANCELLATION

A. Your account may be cancelled at any time by emailing support@musclecamshow.com. When your account is cancelled you will no longer have access to the MuscleCamShow.com site. You can join the site again at any time by following the same process you used to originally join the site.

B. If you are not satisfied by your membership for any reason, please email us at support@musclecamshow.com and submitting your opinion.

 

SITE CONTENT

A. You agree that all content accessed on this site is property of Frank The Tank Productions, LLC and MuscleCamShow.com. When you join this site, you are granted an exclusive license to view our content, but not resale or redistribute it in any way.

B. Redistributing our content without our express permission will result in Civil and Criminal liabilities, including, but not limited to, fines and/or imprisonment. You also agree to pay all attorney fees associated incurred by us for enforcing our licensing/copyright agreements in the event that you illegally use or distribute our exclusive content.

C. Please note that content accessed on MuscleCamShow.com is of a sexual nature, and may be inappropriate for minors, and may be found offensive by some.

D. You hereby acknowledge that you will use MuscleCamShow.com for lawful purposes only. Below are some possible instances in which an account is misused:
